Okay, we have 'target' command...would it be possible that if we use a
skill/spell and target is set, and target is a valid target in the room, that
the skill/spell will hit it even if not currently in combat? Maybe even make a
meta-character like $% or something to enable this behaviour, so "use kick at
$*" will work as-is, and "use kick at $%" will try to hit the targeted
creature...the targetted creature would pretty much need to be resolved at the
completion of the skill as opposed to in the parser at the start...
