So, I'm currently unaware by what criteria the party leader is chosen, when
the current leader dies. I've never seen it stated anywhere, but I suspect it
follows some secret rationale. My idea is this: Let us set party leader
hierarchy as a party setting, that way when the leader bites the dust, the
next person knows he is going to be leader and is prepared to take the
necessary action.
