As I'm trying to remember the spots where I would have needed such delay, I
could hardly come up with any. Or actually one, I did the classic run&drown in
hc with my total newbie char.

And that might be kinda the "problem". Only time I think I'm going to have
hard time with this delay is when I'm reincing and trying to make my way to
guild or some special place.

But maybe it is good to have such realism feature, maybe not. Suppose we'll
see the total results with time and maybe someone is monitoring the situation.
