Skipping the name calling part, I actually agree w/ Dutois on the flame about
repeatedly starting the events which are rather 'old' in terms of content or
implementation; and which bring a forced disruption to an enjoyable playing
session. We should definitely work towards having better events in this sense.

Btw, Robin Hood seems to have been automatically started by Armageddon
himself..

As a service from You to the general mudding public, you could list events
which You would wish to see "not autorun" by Armageddon. I will take this list
into consideration after this..

Robinhood would not be as bad if two changes were made. First, change it so
it does not steal named eqs. That way i don't have to scramble like a mad
monkey or lose my mage staff. Second, add a check so that he does not give
stuff to idle players. Perhaps that is already there, if not it REALLY should
be.

I do think this event should be kept. If a newbie is smart they will track
down the owner, who in return will probably give a monetary reward and perhaps
some help. Additionally, it will keep people on their toes and add some real
danger every now and again.
