If it costs me 89sp to cast tiger claw, I should be able to cast it (even if
help spell tiger claw says 111sp). My basis is that the raise dead spell
costs more than "help spell raise dead" says it does. I can always cast it
even if I don't have enough sp.
I understand it's not the exact the same situation, but I just want to be able
to cast my spell.
