Ok i my have mad a mistake and sent in a bug report for this. I blieve you
should be bale to fish from a pier like in Arelium. You can fish from the bow
of a bow. People often will fish from bridges, and piers here in the states. I
would guess you can fish from them elsewere as well. It should be legal here
too. I got the message you can't fish here you must be in or near a river,
deepriver, lake,sea. well the pier is surounded by sea. As a troll i cannot
enter the water without taking dmg.
Peir would be an idle fishing place for troll.

there might be landlocked flying-ship-only piers or something out there.
