Could have rep-system or reagents to lower the spcost. We prefer that
rep-system over that spcost.

Why? Because mages have essence and you gain something for shooting it - also
mages have cheap spells because of power reagents so they kick psionicist as
in these two cases. (summary: psionic crush may cost as much it costs now but
it should have some profit while casted - essence or similar - maybe it could
increase your komd - or something more intelligent you decide.)
