Move channeller guild back to civilized or magical, doesn't seem too
overpowered and will make it playable as well as runemage.

actually if i recall bardchannellers was really nice playable combo in the
past, i dont recall it being abuse combo, +moving channelers into civ+mag
background would give other new nice combos too i imagine.
