Plz make pcity harbors have outdoor flag. Seems silly that I have to park in
the outerworld to get my mount on my ship because it refuses to go on when its
in harbor like he's gonna hit his head or something. Kthnkzbye

A quick fix for this is to lower your gangway out from the harbour and then
use that to board the ship.
I'll see if I could fix that too, but I'm not making any promises:)

That's exactly what happened unfortunately.
I had the gangway out to a 'road' in the city and he still wouldn't go in.
