Some notation within the quest info/descrption that shows whether or not it is
once per boot would be very helpful. I don't want it to show if it has been
done this boot or not, just to clear up any misunderstanding now. I
personally feel that where it would not make the quest easier to do, it would
help someone understand if they are on the right track or if they are just
failing at it. There have been multiple times where I knew I was doing things
correctly and not getting the quest, only to find out that it was done
already. That info ahead of time might have saved me some anguish.
