Lower the weight of the christmas hat. Now it's 700 grams, and that's
some big ass hat for a piece of cloth. And if it has a 690g bell on the
top, I double effin dare you it won't stay in your head.

A 50g-100g hat would be more like in the right range.

Also, make it go through continent portals. I like to wear my hat and nothing
else for the breezy light feeling of freedom.

It's a magical hat, it has a strong magic that binds it to your head and makes
the fabric sturdier to carry the weight of that heavy bell. That's also the
reason christmas elves are so short. They have to carry the hat since
childbirth and the weight of the hat blocks growth.
