Reason: Pkill'ing in itself is fine! It is a great way to silence/punish the
offender. Alas, desting is, for the most party, a highbie sport and a serious
way to ruin someone's gameplay and hardwork. If a drunk or retired player
runs around with a tiamat box or dest wands, there is no way to fight back.
Which forces the other people to A) retire play naked C) play only when
griefer isn't online, which in all cases ruins the game for that person.

Idea: Please add a Pkill'ing flag, which can be turned off/on ( with 30day
timer for those that want to try to abuse it), so that those players that want
to play the PVE part of the game can enjoy it without working about
assholes/retired griefers, who's solo purpose is to fuck up other people's
game. And those that want to live on the edge can kill or be kill.(or dest
each other) Furthermore, these asshole/retired griefers bring nothing to the
game iteself, so it would be wise to protect the ones that add something
positive to the community.

Also, make sure that this flag isn't abused by people who A.) Start a war then
ask for a peace, then pkill you while you idle at gate guards. B.) Ignore you
after the pkill and tell you to fuck off. or C.) Are too much of a bitch to
either A.) play PVE and DON"T pkill retired players for no reason (stupid move
and i'm not retired) or B.) Play Hardcore pkilling. C.) Thank you.
