I'd like the who rebirth command to work differently as I feel now it's
not very intuitive/useful much at all. Currently when you type
'who rebirth 1' it does not show you only the players who have
rebirthed once- it shows you everyone who has rebirthed, so
eternals show up in who rebirth 1. I would like it to work
like this:

who rebirth 1
shows only those who have rebirthed once (elders)

who rebirth 2
shows only those who have rebirthed twice (ancients)

who rebirth 3
shows only those who have rebirthed three times (eternals)

How about this: With just 'who rebirth' it would show everyone who has
rebirthed, and with number added it would show everyone who has that exact
number of rebirths. Also, min/max could be also used to see who has min/max n
amount of rebirths.

'who rebirth'
'who rebirth 1'
'who rebirth max 2'

And so on.
