I know this has been suggested MANY times before, but we REALLY need mass
fw/prot spells. Just make them use up as much sps as each individual one
would cost hell, make them take an extra 10 or 20% even and make the merchie
go way negative. I have been searching for merchie fws for a day and a half
and rarely have there been more than 5 or 6 merchants on, and in the rare
occasion i've gotten one to respond to me, the answer was the same every time:
sorry, i'm doing xxx right now, i don't have time...

This would GREATLY speed up the time it takes a merchant to do fws and help
with player to player interaction. This is a slight uptune, but it is not
something that challenges balance or tune issues with the game, so i don't see
why there is a huge resistance to this type of spell.

In summary: *whine* Please give merchants mass fw/prot spells *whine*

I'll reinc merchant if you give me an Oath of Fealty that you'll never use any
other merchant for services ever again. Also you'll be regularly taxed more
than 2k per cast and you'll let me have a firm grip on 2 to 10% of the
monetary value your adventurous endeavours amass for you.
Merchanting is a goddamn boring line of essential work, something most players
give no value and try to bargain prices for services lower and lower. I am
amazed if a person can stay as a merchant for longer than six months because
it's tedious and gains are minimal even if he manages to find clients that are
loyal to him in future transactions as well.
