HOw about wand tune isn't WORSE than just casting a spells, why should it take
5 rounds (whcih everyone can see) to use a wand? and why can't you start both
wands at the same time? Again, why not just REMOVE wands and give me my
zapping/wandmaking exp back, because you have done that with current tune?
