This may been a bad idea a year ago but with the new way guilds seem to be
setup with joining one guild that prevents joining another. This trend seem to
be contiuning. So how about we let Civ Mages, Rune Mages, and Folklorist only
to join Channelers. This may bring a cheaper blaster to the alternative and
rather expenive way of the mage and prevents those unbalnced bardchannus. And
may get more play out of those guilds.
In theory, theory and practice are the same, but in practice, theyre not.
