Merchants, the followers of lord money, should also be able to grant blessings
to those of neutral alignments!

Indeed! Neutral people should be able to receive blessing from Lumine, goddess
of neutrality. And civilized background would fit perfectly for this. Give
civs like 10-20% bless in background and training possibility for guild that
don't have an align requirement, like merchants and alchemists and such.
