Few years has passed since pcities were introduced and were laid open on the
bat realm. After that power of players has increased, more special items has
been found and new&old skills / spellshas been introduced and fixed.
This just makes one wonder, has anyone actually made guards up to date, in old
pcities there wasn't limitation on guards in one room. new pcities accept only
16 guards(or accepted). I know it's for inflation some things should just be
left to past, but i think playercity guards are not the ones. I know there are
many playercities that were build so it would have been very hard to raid
those with "that times" top-9 man. But now, player power has truly increased
with special items created.

To summarize this shortly, i'm truly worried about player power vs. pcity
guards.
