I wrote a few weeks ago about changing the % of cast harm for the Tiger Guild.

I would like to request that the cast harm % be increase from the current 66%
to at least the level of the cast protection (88%) or cast information (88%)
skills we have already in the guild.

I just does not make sense to me to have the number one used spell/skill in
the guild and not have the supporting cast harm skill at decent %.

I could agree that we are not priest and should not get it to 100% but 66%
please.

Basically I am not asking to do more damage I am just asking for some
reliability in casting the spell.
