I propose new use for leadership skill. The percentage would directly
correlate to the amount of partymembers a leader could have. With leadership
100, the party could consist of 9 members. With leadership 0, you'd be stuck
to soloing!
This would tremendously uptune the crimson-guild (needed badly!).

Judging from the tells I got, this would make crimson too overpower!
So, instead of that, give leadership to all raceguilds. Trainable to 5% at
lvl5. One would gain the skill in the same way racialweaponskills are gained.
I suggest the same speed it works for them for leadership!
This would impressively improve partying and player-to-player interaction!

If you do anything like this i would say you set a base party size that anyone
(no leadership) can lead 3-6 members. Then you could make leadership effect
how many extra players can be lead up to the max of 9.

I already have plans vaguely related to what you're proposing, but it's for
more of a "mastery of leadership" result. Leadership itself will not be in any
way changed.

Interesting. I can spot a flaw in your plan though.
What if newbie X wants to lead a group to kill low-end mob Y with a real
newbie party? Noone in the group is above level 30 and noone has leadership?
Even if this probably never happens, I don't think we should rob them of the
opportunity.

How about making it so that the leadership skill needed for 9 party would be
level dependant. So newbie of level 30 would need 30% leadership to make 9man
party.
80 level guy needs 80%.. blaa blaa

This place is reserved for something more intelligent.
