lately there has been a lot of spam about reducing cost of reincs, or making
them free, or easier, or whatever.

i dont really care one way or another, but in case it is under consideration,
my two cents... -> allow people to buy purple potions of xp restoration
again... increase the price of em..
it was suggested that reincs need to stay as a gold sink.. my idea gives you
another gold sink, potions..
obviously the flaw is the sudden lack of xp leaving the game.. i have a
solution for that too..
