turbo mobs.. should be max (or close to it) exp. they're a different beast..

Agreed. At reboot, they will no longer be affected by personal exp tune (up or
down).

Would it be too much to ask to have unique turbo monsters that would wear
certain equipments with random stats. They dont have to be anything nice, but
maybe unique material/stat.
Perhaps these might have slight curses as well.
