Lammas' post about about most caster races having fmeta brought this simple
idea to my mind: Make fast metabolism boon not to stack with racial fast meta.
Also make fast metabolism boon equal to racial fmeta. This would

1) Make fast metabolism boon less powerful. Currently when you choose a race
with fast metabolism and combine it with 100% fmeta boon you get tons of
fmeta.

2) Make races without fast meta more feasible. At the moment even booned
players almost never choose races without fast metabolism for caster reincs.
This is because to get equal amount of fast meta that racial+boon gives you
would need some item that gives fmeta in addition to the boon.

The change would also make it possible to remove racial fmeta from some caster
races. I think it is a kind of silly that every single caster race except
zombie, elf and drow has faster than normal heartbeat.

Of course making fmeta boon not to stack with racial fmeta would be a pure
downtune but it would make a lot of sense balancewise.

make fast meta show in score, with adjective of how much you have it so we
wouldnt have to idle 20hours with each eq to get any decent average, thanks
