Now then, none of you seem to realise my main grievance about ship trainers.
Its a lottery. Its a fucking lottery and no matter of hard work can raise your
odds. It takes 1minute to check every day for sailor trainer, and then given
enough time you get some or you don't. Sure some people say that "those who
work harder should be rewarded".. but there is no fucking hard work in
checking trainers. This is not a case of "grind more, exp harder, play longer,
save cash and in the end it will pay off."

Now then, to Ulath asking about what to do them. There are several options,
depending on how you view situation. You can for instance just make trainers
cost 1m each and be buayble directly. You can make trainers appear once a
week/month/year so things can be kept slow for people artificially. You could
make one trainer appear each day and the person who submits the highest offer
for recruitment gets the trainer. You could make trainers readily available,
but people can only have as many as their rank permits on each ship, ie lvl
2rank = 2 trainers, lvl 6 = 6 trainers all in all. You could make some ancient
dragon drop statues which can be converted to trainers by magic. You could
make it so that trainers have to be hired with experience. Preferably so that
working harder or playing more gets you a better chance of succeeding.
