Now it takes quite nice time from slow to drop to minimum tax. I was just
wondering, could it be done bit faster for all modes. 40 days to wait
something is quite long time :(

On the other hand, I think this is why the taxes even exist and shouldn't be
changed, but on the other hand lessening the wait time could encourage people
to reinc and reincs are pretty much the only thing taking the excess cash out
of the game, so it might be good for the economy too.

I haven't reinced in 4 years, I think tax should drop to 0 if you do wait a
long time at least.
