Give goodreligs the hp equivalency of civ-bg.. or better yet, give them the
hps of evilreligs!

Worst case scenario: People make more goodrelig hybrid tanks.

Best case scenario: People make more goodrelig hybrid tanks.

While making the change, please give evil religs better methods to heal self
that goodrelig background has access to.

You alway hear people saying things about those evil lazy tarms, well lets make
that happen...evilreligs tarms!
