I am in agreement that it would be nice to have something siilar to qc for
skills. or even a ceremoney that increases the chance they will work properly
in combat atleast the starting skill that is.
But what do I know Iam just a level 50 ranger who has to wait on bladed fur.
which seems to take forever when the mob iam fighting cast 3 spells to my one
bladed fury
