When in spawn form i am not able to use my tiger mask spell. States that i
already have my stripes.....

I have to despawn, then cast tiger mask, then respawn in order to proceed.

Please fix this issue.

The issue you mentioned is not a bug. It has no direct relation with the
spawn. The spawning only manifests another reason you cannot cast tiger mask.

Agreed, but if that is the case could we fix/modify the tiger mask spell?

Agreed, but if that is the case could we fix/modify the tiger mask spell?
In this case there's hardly anything wrong with either of the mentioned
skills/spells. There's an easy workaround for your problem and it's not what
you've been using this far :)
