I'd like to see caster sets having more diversity, so there would more
different kinds of caster sets and more options of what to include in a set.
Id like to see the importance of quick chant skill increased. Now it does not
have much meaning, because mage, psi, priests, tarmalen, nun, druid guilds get it
to 100%. If guild maxes would be changed, then people would need to include
+qc equipment into their eqsets.

Check these examples of new qc maxes:
mage: 70
psi: 75
channu: 80

priests: 65
spiders: 90

tarmalen: 70
nun: 80
druid 75

Gaining quick chant by skilluse should also gap around 60% and after that it
should be impossible... if you got 1%, it grows slowly to 60% qc and if you
got 65% qc it wouldnt increase at all.

Actually a nice idea, even though those maxes seem really odd. Why would
spiders have 90. Oh well.

Purpose was to give 'key' guilds(priests, mages, tarmalen) less than the
'optional' guilds, so that people have to make choses. Spiders must have more
qc than priests... but YES, maybe better qc for spiders would be something
like 75%

I liked this idea but let's not whack backrowers even more.
Instead, I'd rather see +hit eq become a necessity for offtanks,
and maybe +avoid eq for defs.
Maybe after those we could have the QC tune also. :)

Defensive tanking has already many things which effect: armour coverage,
armour prots, pr, dodge, parry and avoids at least. Avoids already has effect.
Defensive eqsets already have many things to consider.

With offensive tanking I wonder if anybody has really tested +hit equipment? I
recall Gore doubled the effect of +hit equipment 2003...
