Add an option to run a path, starting from a specific point on it. Say I'm
near the waypoint "laenor7", just finished repairing after a battle, and I
want to sail on to Furnachia. I'd type "paths run laenor-furnachia start
laenor7" and it'd run the path from laenor7 to furnachia-ferry. I know this
can be done making a million paths, with different starting points, but this
addition would definately become handy, as I do this all the time. As it is
now, I usually sail back to laenor-ferry and start the path from there.
