Years and years ago we had one-shot reincomania with few free-reincs if took
random backround. This was imho one of the funniest incentives that let us
test out even some wilder things without huge costs (tho if I recall correctly
it was a reward for award that BatMud had gotten).

This is one of the things I would really love to see again in some form. Heck,
I don't see why not make it a yearly event that in start of the
summer/summertime you would be given random reinc or two to testdrive during
the holidays.

Perhaps this happened more than once, but the time I remember was during
NO-SAVE period of like 1-2 days when some gamedriver or something was being
tested so it was announced as no-save.

Many mighty players like Broetchen and Shar used the NO-SAVE to test many
great theories on EQ/destroying characters/etc. and uncovered many secrets.

Dunno if I remember "reincomania" I must have missed it. No-Save-Day would be
pretty interesting....reincomania can be done using Mithril Pendant, you can
buy them from me!
