As far as I can figure out anything from "help poll", there is no way for us
mortals to see the final results of closed polls.

I think there really ought to be! One would think some of those could be
revealed to the public... or at least the topics and amount of votes even if
the results were kept secret. (Why on earth I am so curious about those
anyway? )
