I took a break from the game and have been catching up on news slowly. I
noticed that pcity robbing and guards came up a few times. Got me thinking
and I have a couple ideas, not sure if they've been presented before but I
think they have some merit.

The first is giving merchants the ability to make doors for player room,
similar to they way chests work. They could make traps for doors as well.
Additionally, it would be nice to have false doors and hidden/secret doors.
There would of course have to be somekinda tell for secret doors, like a
fireplace, bookcase or carpet in the room that could be interacted with to
reveal the door.

The second is using tamed outerworld mobs as 'guards' for a room. One could
take a tamed mob to a player cirty gaurd shop and pay an appropriate amount to
have it trained to act as a guardian. This would boost player interactions
and help add more races than just guard to your room defense. Also, it would
just be neat to have a badass drake or five guarding my personal treasure
trove.

Yes, this idea i also agree on. I want to have a dragons lair, and a bunch of
ancient chaos drakes as castle guards :) i give it a +1

I would settle for a few Incarnations of Tiamat to guard the corridors, I also
rate +1
