It is generally accepted that groups players run through citys slaughtering
every npc they see. After killing citizens, bankguards, shopkeepers or just
that old woman searching for her glasses there is suddenly a room where is
says "Fighting is forbidden here.", it isn't necessary any holy or magical
loaded room, it is just a room like every other. It also doesn't means that
you can't kill a npc in such a room, it just means that you can't use target
or kill - since almost every guild gets offskills or offspells, that normaly
stops none. So why do I complain about this "feature"? Because it prevents me
from healing other people around me is that I first target a party member then
start casting my spell and if I then notice that someone else hp dropped more
than I expected, I target that person and when spell hits the person gets
healed.
Now in these rooms the situation is the following, I target someone, I get a
"Fighting is forbidden here." and my healing spell hits who ever I had set as
my target before I entered the room. This is highly annoying and it has
nothing to do wither whether fighting is allowed there or not. If my party
breaks a rule, I don't see how that should prevent me from healing them. Also
always nice is the situation in which a player asks for a summon dd on wanted,
I summon the person, target the person and my healing spell just fails because
I am standing in the ticketmaster room. And Fighting is of course forbidden
here.
I am posting this here as feature remove request and because wizards
apparently think that the game gets more interesting, the more exceptions you
add to each command.

I think that changing this otherwise will cost more harm than good. If you're
not supposed to be fighting there, then there probably isn't any reason for
you to be healing there. And if there is, you're either abusing something to
kill a monster that isn't supposed to be killed or...'cast cure light wounds
at <target>' still works [if spellcasting is still permitted there]. You just
won't be able to use this apparent suffeli-targeting.
