This way of thinking that 'some guilds should somehow be better at leading
parties' or 'only crimsons should lead the parties and others guilds
idle-follow' is so 90'.
Leading is like driving a bike, you just get better at it after getting the
hang of it and so should the skill% be gained.

- Remove leadership from guilds and make it learn-by-leading skill. At start,
one should be able to gain from 3-4 member small parties but it should fast go
into bigger partyrequirements and bigger level mobs to get higher so you cant
just duz rape it. Some higher end leader-focused mobs might even give some
nice temp boost to skill after winning it.

Only talking about LS here not rescue. That's ok atm.

Other thing I see just silly is this whole 100%ambush-free-feature if get just
over xxx statbarrier. Rather:

- Remove the 100% ambushfree and fix alertness to really do something. Give
alertness to all backrounds (% depending on player level for exmple?) and if
want stats to matter make Int,dex or wis affecting stat to it having some
effect. Whichever is highest.
- Or at least add that wis to one of the check stats and make the 100%
ambushfree to 99% if nothing else.
