Ereaa [newbie]: I was unable to get the count for completing the statue quest
even though I am level 8 and that is the level of the quest!
Nosunrise [newbie]: you have to under the level

Dockuolema [newbie]: quests have to be completed one level before

Ive seen that happen so many times. Please change so that lq's can be
completed at their level... so lq8 you could do when on level 8... Either move
all the quests up 1 level so lq8 affects lvl 9 level costs... or decrease all
lq by one level so instead of lq8 we would have lq7... whichever way is easyer
even though I am level 8 and that is the level of the quest!

Or, 'help quests' could be re-written a bit to have in big
blinky letters at the top of the file that you need to be below
the level of the lq to get credit for it. That is currently all
the way down in the 5th paragraph.
