I realize "100%" on my sails is a round up, since the remnants of an attack
spell reached me through my shields, but my point is this: when my elite crew
of master rebuilders are faced with the difficult choice of "should we patch
those two torn stitches in the sail, or the whale-siced hole in the hull" they
go at it randomly. Even when I target the repair at the hull. This becomes
especially unnerving when using patch crates out at sea.

This is a known bug. It'll be fixed in the last 'Summer ship update' (part 4).
I'm hoping to get that out this week unless I run into any big roadbumps with
the RC of boarders this week.
