How about linking those two potion shops at Arelium & Esiris, like
material/reagent exchanges are linked. Now they have different inventory.

there is limitation for how many potions you can put in sales (I think it was 5
different kind) so 2 potion shops is just good thing for alchs. Wouldn't
actually mind even in every continent would have own. Or better but unlikely
going to happen: remove the limit and link them.
