I think it would be nice if you could start crusing in a sail only area.
Currently you can append sail commands to cruise with a *, but you can't use
the * to start cruising from a sail only room. So something like "cruise 20
e,*se,*e" to sail into a harbour works, but starting from the habour with
"cruise *w,*nw,20 w" doesn't.
