I've had an idea for a new(?) Aelena poison.
Spirit of winter
Causes effect like ents experience in winter, missing/slowing ticks
and making skills and spells take longer to go off.
"As the poison takes effect you feel your body start to cool down,
your blood thickens, and it becomes hard to move."

monster, doing a single poison that combines both of those doesn't seem right
