Yes, it should be a command, available to anyone, 100% effective and free
exp-wise. However, it should not show too intimate information, just general
power level (compared to user) and exp tune. Additionally, I dont see why it
should be instant so you can consider aggro monster w/o getting into fight.
There could be some little delay, and additionally there is no reason why it
should be free. It should drain your primary energy: SP from casters, EP from
others.
