Zombettie [newbie]: How do you complete the Rules 101 quest, I have read the
helpfile but it does not appear to complete the quest?
apparently there is 'help rules 101' -helpfile that is the same as 'help
rules' -helpfile, except that 'help rules 101' doesnt give the quest.
This is misleading.

You must read and comprehend the 'rules'-help file.
