Re-place the current Leathercraft skill from making random leather armour
pieces into creation of Pelts.
Pelts can be used by rangers in their current design for up to 3 things.
--Taxidermy rewards can be handed into guild for introduction of a new quest.
Bigger pelts don't always mean better if can be creative with even smallest
(customizeable descriptions)
--Pelts can be used to "Reinforce" worn armor in order to protect
against fire/ice attacks and spells Temporarily(5-10m, chest armour only)
--Pelts are intergrated into our woodland stealth tools, it already says we use
one, but we actually don't.
