The command 'travel' does not work on paths. Someone suggested it should. The
request was denied, but I do not remember the exact reasoning.

If the reasoning was: "the codebase is too complex and nobody really
understands what is going on in that hessu_travel.c file", I am ok with it.

However, if it was more like: "It would be nothing but a cheat and soon
everyone would be running around like stoats on amphetamine and in no time it
would be just like the year 2000 when we had those navigational trees.", I
kind of understand that too.

...however, if it is a problem of the latter kind, how about making traveling
on paths consume significant amounts of endurance points and making only
adventurers of very skilled in _pathfinding_ able to easily travel those paths
the of ancient times that have nowadays become wild.
