Barbarians used to pick up the corpsies of killed monsters and carry them
around in their inventory. Then, at a suitable moment, they would use l&b
and drop the corpses to the ground and burn them! This was great fun but it got
ruined when corpse weights were multiplied and L&B was turned
instantenous.

I suggest bringing this great fun back, but instead of corpsies the barbarians
would be burning SEVERED HEADS.

Skie the dragon is DEAD, R.I.P.
Moonlord, the barbarian, reaches out and rips the bloody head off of the still
pulsing corpse.

Then in Moonlord's inventory there would be "Skie's head". These
heads would weigh same as the corpses before the tune. Looting and burning
would be changed to work like it used to with 1 round duration.
