Since (from what i've heard) noreinc is mostly +epeen, how about
giving everybody who has done noreinc (and who will in the future)
a new rank, like 'Stoic' or something similar. Just a thought

How about making the rank more like 'Silly' or more in that region, since not
reincing is just , silly...

There was a contest on noreinc rank some years (~5) ago and the conclusion was
that someone persistent enough to reach noreinc would have other more
mysterious and perhaps more personal ranks available. I think the rank was
decided nonetheless and sadly it wasn't my 'Landmark'.
