bug command currently does not address all needs. Currently bug
<wizard>,<item> can be submitted.
Freeform bug submissions such as: ignore <player> is not properly functioning,
possibly when reason has been applied. Is not supported by bug because <item>
is not reference able, and <wizard> isn't knowable by the player submitting
the bug.
I recommend freeform bug requests be allowable if an appropriate (time in
game)/(level requirement is met).

type in a bug report?
