Since no-reinc is no longer an lq, how about making the award have something
spiffy. Like a 'I did no-reinc and all i got was this stinking T-shirt'
T-shirt item. Or, to make if uber, maybe give back 1/2 the exp ya lost that
reinc when you get it. I think the T-shirt thing is more likely (and can be
retroactively given to past winners).
