I think capital cities should all have fully-featured adv guilds (level,
quest, boon/bane, and abilities rooms).
Aside from that, perhaps in similar fashion as the advance command the quest
commands (info questname, status shrine, list levels, etc) should be available
everywhere instead of only while in a quest room.
