Got tired of mis-tells, or mis-replies, rather.

This most probably isn't as "smart" as the name suggests, but may
hopefully be of use later when it is improved based on experience as
I see how it works, or doesn't work.

It now "detects" if you're writing a longer reply to someone's tell,
and someone else sends you a tell right before you send the reply.

But, as the subject suggests, it's in testing, and probably not reliable.

Works if you quit/re-enter, or after reboot.

I'm mainly testing it myself, but if it works, you might find it useful
while it's in testing, so I decided to inform about it

And, yeah, it only works on 'tell *', not the '**'/'?' arguments.
If it proves to be of any use, I'll make it work on them too.
